The “Phrase of The Week” this week is:
Soda. Coffee. Tea. Alcohol.
What do these drinks have in common? They are all diuretics, which means they all can dehydrate you when you drink them. Do you know how much water you should be drinking? A good rule of thumb is to take your body weight in pounds and divide by 2, that is how many ounces you should be drinking everyday! If you drink soda, coffee, tea, and alcohol you should be drinking even more water.
